Original Instructions from 2.4 oz 3 Pack Box – Spatini Recipes
1. In medium saucepan, combine 1 envelope Spatini (40ml), 1
tablespoon oil (optional), desired tomatoes and amount of water
listed on chart.

2. Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring frequently, as directed
below.

3. Makes about 1 pint of sauce – 4 (1/2 cup) servings.

Tomatoes: 1 can (6oz.) tomato paste
Water: 11/2 cups
Simmer: 5 min.

Tomatoes: 1 can (15 oz.) tomato puree
Water: 3/4 cup

Tomatoes: 2 cups (16 oz.) crushed

Water: 1/2 cup
Simmer: 15 min.

For a Spicier Tomato Sauce

Tomatoes: 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Water: 1/2 cup
Simmer: 15 min.

For a Chunky Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce

Tomatoes: 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes,
cut-up and undrained
Water: 1/3 cup
Simmer: 15 min.

Tomatoes: 1 1/4 pounds fresh ripe
tomatoes pureed
Water: Omit
Simmer: 40 min.
